Meet Kelsey Slade – Senior Living Advisor 

My heart has always been drawn to helping others in need, but over the years life has shown me my passion lies in supporting seniors and their families during some of life’s most delicate times. 

That passion first began to take shape when I was 19 years old in cosmetology school. While many students dreaded seeing a senior on the schedule knowing the appointment might take longer or require a little extra patience, they were the clients I was eager to have and cherished most.

Their gentle wisdom, the stories they shared, the laughter we exchanged. I saw how a simple hair appointment became so much more: a moment of connection, of care, of dignity. I loved being that familiar face, that listening ear, that small spark of joy in their day.

Those early experiences stayed with me.

Throughout the years, personal loss deepened that passion. Losing my father, father-in-law, and mother-in-law far too early was a painful reminder of how quickly life can change. I found myself facing the challenging road of care options firsthand. I learned how confusing and emotional those decisions can be, especially when they arrive unexpectedly.

It was in those moments that everything came full circle.

Today, I’ve turned those experiences into a mission to walk beside families and seniors as a trusted champion, offering the kind of compassion, support, and solutions I once needed myself. My goal is to be a steady, caring presence in your journey. One who treats your loved ones like my own.
