With sizes ranging from 1,453 to 2,797 square feet, each cottage includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, nine-foot ceilings, covered parking, and an outdoor space such as a screened porch, deck, or patio. Custom features may include fireplaces, sunrooms, and basement storage. Our decorating options ensure your new home is perfectly suited to your tastes.

Trinity Oaks offers 125 apartments in four designs, ranging from 504 to nearly 1,000 square feet. Apartments share common spaces and dining rooms, with access to a fitness center, indoor pool, card and game room, exercise studio, salon, sundry shop, bank, and library.

Our apartments feature numerous custom touches, including recessed lighting at entrances. Residents enjoy a full breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner daily, along with trash pickup and removal. Recent apartment renovations include open floor plans, washers and dryers, luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom lighting, cellular shades, and faux wood slat blinds.

Trinity Oaks offers assisted living accommodations for independent living residents whose needs may change. For those needing more intensive recuperation or long-term care, Trinity Oaks provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Skilled nursing covers medical services just short of hospitalization, delivered by healthcare professionals including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Additional therapies—speech, occupational, and physical—are available, along with pharmacy and referral services. We also offer transportation to local physicians and medical appointments at no charge.

Independent living residents at Trinity Oaks receive priority access to these services, but admission to the health and rehabilitation center is open to the greater community as well.

Memory Care at Trinity Oaks

In 2007, Trinity Oaks opened the Virginia Casey Center, a beautifully renovated addition to our health and rehab services, tailored to meet the unique needs of those with Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia. Trinity Oaks residents have priority access to the center, though community residents are also welcome.

Named in honor of the late Virginia Casey, a long-time resident and generous benefactor, the center serves just 25 people and offers both assisted living and skilled nursing care. All staff members receive specialized training in caring for individuals with significant memory loss or cognitive changes. The center features comfortable common areas, a secure courtyard, and garden area, with additional safeguards to protect those at risk of wandering.
