And should you need support with dressing, bathing, grooming, or medication management, your care team is always on hand to help—as little or as much as you need.

The Road Home Program

We offer the Road Home program, a 30-day program specifically designed for guests coming to Sunrise directly from a hospital or rehabilitation center. The Road Home program provides assistance both during an illness or after a hospital visit. From medication management to around-the-clock care, you will experience all of the additional services that aid in a full, speedy recovery.
