Living Options

Assisted Living at Spring Ridge

At Spring Ridge, we provide Assisted Living with experience and understanding. Let us help you or your loved one obtain quality care. Most importantly, rest assured. We are here to help! Our Assisted Living apartments are available as studios or one-bedroom units. Those who need assistance with their activities of daily living consider this service the perfect choice. Whether help is needed with mobility, dressing, taking medications, eating, bathing, grooming, or something else, we can provide those means! Senior independence is something we value and advocate for. Therefore, we want our residents to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible.

Services in the monthly base rent for Assisted Living include:

• 3 meals each day and snacks
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Weekly linen services
• All utilities (except telephone and cable)
• Planned activities, social opportunities and social programs
• 24-hour staff for supervision and assistance
• Regular monitoring for general health and well-being
• Apartment maintenance

Our kind and professionally trained staff provide personalized support services on a flexible schedule. We encourage residents to do as much as possible for themselves. What’s more, our Assisted Living folks have ample opportunities to socialize, adventure and relax! Our Life Enrichment program is built around our resident’s passions and interests. We treasure our chefs who prepare three meals (and snacks) in-house, each and every day. Spring Ridge is more than just a beautiful space, it’s a place to call home.

Memory Care

Specialty Memory Care for those with Alzheimer’s Disease & Memory Loss

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or another type of dementia may present challenges. Moving family into a memory care community can be equally difficult. Fortunately, Spring Ridge offers peace of mind. Take comfort in knowing your loved one is in a safe environment with around-the-clock care. We know each resident’s life story is unique, and we take the time to learn their history and personalize their care. Memory care goes well beyond meal prep and medication management. Everyday interactions are what make a difference in the lives of those with memory loss. The care team know each resident by name, as does our kitchen staff and administration. Above all, our warm community offers individuals an opportunity to connect with peers and health care professionals with ease.

Memory Care Base Rent (per month) includes:

• 3 meals each day and snacks throughout the day
• Modified nutrition plan
• Daily assistance with bed making
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Weekly linen services
• All utilities (cable not included)
• Planned activities, exercise programs and social opportunities
• 24-hour staff for supervision and assistance
• Regular monitoring for general health and well-being
• Apartment maintenance

*If the services included in the monthly base rent are not enough to keep you living independently, additional personal support services can be added. We can assist in designing a care program to fit individual needs for living as independently as possible. The personal support services fee is based on the actual services provided and is determined following a personal assessment conducted by our professional team.

Our Memory Care Environment

Our memory care environment is monitored by specially trained, professional staff. The intentionality of Spring Ridge is something you can see, feel, and hear! We offer comfortable furnishings and tastefully decorated living, dining and activity spaces. With a variety of floor plans, your loved one’s room promotes relaxation and ease of use. What’s more, our spacious rooms may include favorite pieces of furniture. Our health care professionals update charts and connect with one another using mobile devices; therefore, noise levels are at an all-time low. Hallways have very little sound pollution, making for a calm and soothing environment. Our enclosed and secure courtyards and walking paths are beautifully manicured. Importantly, we encourage residents to enjoy fresh air and time out of doors.

Our Memory Care Program

Our memory care program is based on a fulfilling variety of activities. We tailor Life Enrichment activities to each resident’s skills and limitations. Our community helps people rediscover ways to enjoy everyday activities, and we make accommodations for everyone. We strive to build meaningful experiences each and every day. Balancing group activities with one-on-one time throughout each week creates a positive experience for our residents.

Respite Care

Curious about Respite Care?

Respite Care is a short-term stay in a fully furnished, memory care apartment. Here at Spring Ridge, we provide all of our care services to your loved one during their stay. Please note, we do not currently offer respite services in assisted living. Spring Ridge hopes to offer an easy solution for a variety of situations. The following are some of the circumstances where respite care may be advantageous:

• A family member or caregiver is going on vacation, and a loved one needs a temporary place to live while they are away.
• An individual is being discharged from the hospital or nursing home, but still needs some assistance before going back home.
• You are deciding on the level of care you (or your loved one) need and would like to try our services for a short time before making a final decision.

Services provided for Respite Care:

• Fully furnished apartment
• Medication management
• 3 meals each day and snacks
• Some modified diets (low sodium, for example)
• Daily assistance with bed making
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Weekly linen services
• All utilities (except telephone and cable)
• Planned activities and exercise programs
• 24-hour staff for supervision and assistance
• Regular monitoring for general health and well-being
