The Landings

The Landings at Lutheran Haven, our new two-story congregate living apartment homes, are now open offering 48 apartment homes in six different floor plans designed to offer flexible living. These Life Lease apartment homes offer a simplified, maintenance-free independent living lifestyle with many “extras” included. With the attached Commons building, residents will enjoy a carefree lifestyle and amenities.

Living in The Landings at Lutheran Haven requires that you be Lutheran and at least 65 years of age.

Cottage Homes

The Cottages, a tradition at Lutheran Haven, offers all of the comforts of home in a “neighborhood” of fellow Lutherans, actively living the maintenance-free retirement lifestyle of your dreams. Our close-knit community of one- and two-bedroom homes—duplexes and fourplexes—allows residents to live amongst the 50+ acres of landscaped grounds, sharing the amenities offered on campus and staying active and involved.

Living in The Cottages requires that you be Lutheran and at least 65 years of age.

Health Care Services

Beyond the living environments provided by Lutheran Haven, there are other services options provided on the Haven campus:

Assisted Living

The Harbor at Lutheran Haven are Assisted Living Apartments that provide an environment where help is available 24 hours per day. The monthly fee includes three daily meals, assistance with activities of daily living, scheduled activities and transportation, and most utilities.

The Harbor at Lutheran Haven is an Assisted Living facility licensed to provide Extended Congregate Care (ECC) level services. With 24/7 access to respectful, personal assistance—including help with medication management, bathing, dressing, and dining—you can continue living life your way. Our services and environment are designed to foster healthy, active living, essential for maintaining independence as we age.

Residents in our assisted living community enjoy comfortable amenities, comprehensive safety features, and an engaging lifestyle that enhances their overall quality of life.

Assisted Living services include:

• Emergency response system with pendant

• Medication Assistance
• Personalized support with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Memory Support

The Lodge at Lutheran Haven is a specialized environment developed with the needs of individuals with memory impairment in mind. Our household is designed for persons with a level of impairment that makes living at home unsafe, but who do not require the intensive services of a nursing facility.

The Lodge at Lutheran Haven is a memory support neighborhood licensed to provide Extended Congregate Care (ECC) services. Thoughtfully designed, our community encourages residents to maintain independence while benefiting from the safety and security of a residential environment supported by specially trained, professional staff.

Our Approach to Memory Care

At The Lodge at Lutheran Haven, we provide compassionate, personalized support for individuals with dementia and their families. We focus on honoring each resident’s unique history, emotions, and identity, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Our team uses respectful, tailored communication strategies that foster trust and comfort while adapting care plans to meet residents’ evolving needs as memory issues progress.

We also recognize the challenges faced by caregivers, offering resources, guidance, and emotional support to help navigate the journey. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that respects dignity, fosters joy, and brings peace of mind to residents and their loved ones.

Memory Support Services include:

Private Home Care

Lutheran Haven’s Private Home Care is a certified and accredited home health agency that provides services both on campus, and within a three-county area. Whether the need is for services reimbursed by insurances or for private companion assistance, Haven Private Home Care offers compassionate, personalized home care services designed to support your lifestyle and help you or your loved one remain independent and comfortable at home.

Private Duty Home Care

At Lutheran Haven, we understand that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to aging in place. That’s why we offer compassionate, personalized home care services designed to support your lifestyle and help you or your loved one remain independent and comfortable at home.

Whether you need just a few hours of help each week or more comprehensive, around-the-clock care, our caring team of healthcare professionals is here for you—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We proudly serve residents on our campus as well as individuals in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties. Our Private Duty Home Care services are tailored to your individual needs and include both personal care and companionship to enhance well-being and peace of mind.

Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation services are designed to help individuals with a variety of needs. Our staff of highly trained physical, occupational, and speech therapists provide skilled and compassionate care while providing an innovative treatment plan designed specifically to help each individual regain their full potential.

At Lutheran Haven Rehab we understand the challenges of an injury or debility. We offer home health and outpatient services that can bring your physical abilities back to your full potential. Our Rehab Teams consist of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. They provide skilled and compassionate care as well as an innovative treatment plan designed specifically to help each individual regain health, balance, and wellness. The treatments are designed to improve strength, balance and mobility, and range of motion and flexibility, while promoting safety and fall prevention.

We strive to give you the same therapist each visit after your initial evaluation to build your program and develop the best holistic approach to your healing. Our highly trained and experienced therapists will work closely with your primary care physician to assure the best continuity of care and that we are addressing your specific needs.
