Independent and Assisted Living

Looking for a lifestyle with support and catered services? Jennings Assisted Living is a residential option for senior adults who seek an independent lifestyle but require some assistance with daily routine tasks. Our apartment-style suites are ideal for individuals or couples who are downsizing or seeking more time for relaxation. Our private, comfortable suites need only your personal touch with your chosen furniture and home furnishings.

Hospice Care

When a cure is no longer an option or goal, hospice can help. Every individual deserves to celebrate his or her life and be treated with dignity and respect at the end of life. Northeast Ohio Hospice is a compassionate, quality service that supports individuals and their families during this transition.

Jennings’ holistic and comforting approach “hugs” each patient with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to quality of life. Your team—physician, medical director, nurse, social worker, spiritual counselor, aide, therapists and volunteers—will support the patient and family members in making and managing care choices.

Generally, individuals who have a life-limiting illness or disease and are no longer seeking aggressive treatment are eligible for hospice. The individual’s primary physician will need to provide final approval for hospice services to begin.

Respite Care

Respite care is a helpful way to try one of our residences or provide relief to community caregivers. Jennings offers three types of respite:

• Adult Day Services: Providing engaging care on-site at Jennings while caregivers tend to daily responsibilities or personal well-being.
• Staycations: Furnished suites are an ideal way to enjoy our vibrant assisted living community with supportive services. Individuals can stay for a long weekend or a few weeks while trying the residence or recovering before returning home.
• Skilled Nursing Respite: Available for caregivers to ensure a loved one is receiving quality compassionate care while they take time to recharge or attend to other responsibilities.
