Assisted Living

Grand Oaks of Palm City is an ideal option for seniors who are primarily healthy and independent, but who wish to utilize assistance as needed. Fully independent residents can also move in, securing their future should they ever require long-term care.

When help is needed, a Grand Oaks caregiver assists residents with daily tasks, including:

Memory Care

Memory Care is a form of dedicated assistance for those experiencing Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Our Embrace Memory Care Program practices activity-focused healthcare, ensuring each daily task is a specific, meaningful activity that engages and involves our Memory Care residents.

Grand Oaks of Palm City’s Memory Care Assisted Living has additional security measures in place to keep our residents safe. Residents are also provided with consistent schedules and are assigned the same caregivers to create the most stable and stress-free environment possible.

All of our staff members are certified in caregiving for Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders (ADRD), Level 1 one Level 2. Additionally, we run thorough local, state, federal and level two background checks on all of our staff members to ensure your loved one receives the best medical care possible.

Respite Care

At Grand Oaks of Palm City, we offer respite care services for you and your loved ones. If you’ve ever wondered what respite care is, you’re not alone. Many families have questions regarding what respite care is and if their aging loved one is in need of it.

Respite care provides a temporary leave-of-absence for family members or caregivers who are providing assistance to an elderly person in their home. Care is usually requested when family members or caregivers leave town or are otherwise unable to provide care for their loved one on a temporary basis.

Our care services can be scheduled for a minimum of one week. Grand Oaks of Palm City Respite Care provides:
