Brookside Memory Care is an independent, locally owned, and state-of-the-art senior care community specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our family heritage in the senior care industry dates back to 1985 with my mother Elena, who owned and operated a senior care home. Being a child at the time, I remember living with what I considered multiple sets of grandparents.

• 24-hour awake staff educated in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, including a medical director, RN, executive director, administrator, memory care coordinator, activities director, chef and culinary team, med techs, and resident care providers.
• Personalized, custom care plans that evolve as needs change.
• Weekly or as-needed wellness visits.
• Medication management by highly trained Med-Techs.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and feeding assistance.
• Transfer assistance (including two-person transfers).
• Diabetes management.
• Hoyer lift-trained care providers.
• Escorts and cueing to meals and activities.

Dining & Household Services

• Three homemade, nutritious, chef-prepared meals daily.
