Clare Bridge is our exclusive brand of Alzheimer’s and dementia care that serves both you and your loved one. Our mission is to help your loved one feel a strong sense of belonging, build friendships and support their current abilities through personalized and purposeful engagement.

Clare Bridge was created more than 30 years ago. It has continually evolved as we learn more about seniors with dementia, but the goal is to provide residents with a gentle structure of six planned programs per day that help support their current abilities and help preserve their remaining skills. A day in the life of a Clare Bridge resident may include things like a morning cognitive workout with discussions and brain stimulating games. Residents also participate in a variety of physical activities ranging from our B-Fit program to walking groups and dancing. Having a daily, structured routine like this is a great way to help your loved one feel a sense of security knowing they are right where they need to be.
