Our Purpose

For more than 20 years, Jennifer and Ed Lee have offered concierge care in residential homes to loved ones with Alzheimer’s and related dementia. They understand the unique needs of their residents and provide a secure living environment, 24-hour tailored care, one-on-one engagement and a high staff-to-client ratio in a warm and loving home atmosphere.

Our Care

We are proud to offer personalized care for all levels of dementia. In addition to providing residents with the necessary assistance in daily activities, we support their medical and social needs. Routine and structure are essential, and services are contoured to their ever-changing requests and wishes. We care about the small things.

Our Approach

Each resident has a unique story. We work hard to understand his or her personal preferences. And it all starts before your loved one joins the Elim Care family. Our team meets with residents prior to move-in and designs a customized program balanced with a variety of activities to ensure your family member enjoys a social environment that is both engaging and meaningful.
