Assisted Living

Assisted Living at The Capstone at Station Camp allows our residents access to our licensed 24-hour nursing staff, who are available to monitor health care needs for those residents needing assistance with personal care and activities of daily living. Our residents enjoy the company of others, all in a vibrant community setting that creates a warm, friendly environment promoting independence and self-esteem.

Memory Care

At The Capstone at Station Camp, we believe deeply in providing personalized care for each of our residents. This is especially true for our residents who are living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. We require our staff, known as care partners, to continually complete extensive certified training to better support our residents living with memory loss.

Our residents benefit from personalized daily care plans, engaging cognitive activities, and around-the-clock assistance with everyday tasks like dressing, bathing, and medication management. Our goal is to enhance each individual’s quality of life, foster meaningful connections, and offer families peace of mind knowing their loved one is in caring, capable hands.
