Month-to-Month Lease

Our one-time community fee helps fund expenses incurred in keeping the community beautiful and comfortable for all our residents. Cost of care may increase or decrease as a resident’s needs change and is subject to change due to periodic and transparent assessments completed by onsite nursing staff and partnered caregivers.
