Every life has a unique story, different interests, health issues and needs. That’s why at Welcome Home Senior Residences, we honor our residents as individuals by tailoring our senior care residences and services to fit the needs of each person – no more and no less than they require.

At Welcome Home Senior Residences we know that couples rarely echo the same challenges of aging on the same path as they age and many may have completely different needs. While one spouse may have Alzheimer’s, the other may struggle with heart disease. In these cases, we consult with the residents and their families and health professionals to determine the best living arrangements which may include residing in the same room, or separately in the same home where they can spend as much time together as they like.

No matter how our residents choose to live, the care they receive is uniquely designed by Welcome Home Senior Residences. Our specially trained caregivers work together with residents, families and physicians to decide how to go forward in developing the best plan for each person. We pride ourselves in the focus we place on the relationships that form between our care partners and residents – adding tremendous benefit to each resident’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Hospice

We believe that “Loving Care is a Way of Life” for all our residents and holding true to that philosophy, Welcome Home Senior Residences sets our goals to create an environment where, no matter what health issues exist when they move into our homes, or those that may arise while living at Welcome Home, residents can maintain the highest level of independence possible. Empowering our residents to be involved in making their own decisions make them stronger and happier. Having decisions arbitrarily made without their involvement can be debilitating and frustrating for all of us and this can become more emphasized as we age.
