Assisted Living

There may come a time when you need extra help with daily living. The Vi at Lakeside Village care center offers that help, with an emphasis on maintaining dignity and privacy while promoting an ongoing sense of independence and well-being. Our assisted living residence is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by a team of dedicated caregivers under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

And because our care center is on site, you’ll never be far from the community of friends and family you love, whether they’re residing within the community or in the Palm Beach County area.

We’ve created an environment designed to help residents embrace everything life has to offer: a variety of menu options from our classically trained culinary team, a stylish dining room, weekly lifestyle programming, and scheduled transportation within 15 miles for shopping trips and special events.

Services Provided in Assisted Living

Depending on how much help you need, our care providers can assist with tasks from medication management and administration to bathing, grooming and dressing. Vi at Lakeside Village also provides weekly light housekeeping service and laundering of bed and bath linens.

Additionally, we can arrange for a variety of services*:

Even meal time is designed to be easier for memory support residents, with carefully selected, easy-to-handle menu items and tablecloths, napkins and tableware in contrasting colors to decrease confusion. Plus, all meals are prepared with care under the supervision of our executive chef.

Skilled Nursing

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, in need of rehabilitation services or require long-term nursing care, our dedicated skilled nursing staff is ready to help. Our team of licensed professionals manage care plans focused on each resident’s individual needs, including physical, speech and occupational therapy.

Our care center has therapy teams licensed to work in many treatment modalities for residents with a multitude of clinical, occupational and cognitive needs. We encourage collaboration between residents’ physicians and community staff and ensure that medical orders and treatment plans are successfully carried out by our interdisciplinary team.

We create an individualized care plan for each resident after a comprehensive baseline assessment, which may include:

• Assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, oral care, grooming, dressing and eating
• Physical, occupational and speech therapy
• Medication administration and monitoring
• Wound management and skin care
• Hydration and nutrition monitoring
• Coordination for hospice care
