Independent Living

Our independent living communities are designed for seniors 55+ who want to live independently but desire a sense of belonging and companionship found in community living. Easily access amenities and services, like housekeeping, laundry and home maintenance. Join us for outings, activities, special programs and casual get-togethers in our many common areas.

We don’t offer health care services at our independent living communities. However, our staff can provide vital information about third-party healthcare providers. Many of our communities offer both assisted and independent living, allowing residents to adjust their level of care without having to move to a new community.

Assisted Living

Maintain your independence while enjoying access to 24-hour support services. Our assisted living communities provide personalized care in residential settings with caregivers on-site 24/7 for older adults who need hands-on help with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, moving around and taking medications.

Before you move in, our caregivers will perform a thorough health assessment and develop an individual service plan that outlines exactly what you need. You’ll also enjoy nutritious meals, housekeeping, and other services, such as:

Memory Care

Our specialized program, Magnolia Trails™, provides a safe, homelike environment with days tailored to meet the needs of seniors living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. We’ve partnered with leading experts in dementia care to develop our signature programming, which goes beyond typical management by providing care for the whole person—mind, body and spirit.

Each of our memory care communities are run by specially trained staff who offer daily hands-on support and activities designed to meet each resident’s needs. We partner with healthcare professionals and families to provide the best care possible and help families stay connected to and better understand their loved one with dementia.

Temporary Stay

Experience a short-term stay with us. Get the care you need while recovering from surgery, while your caregiver travels or to get a feel for life at one of our communities. Temporary stay (sometimes called respite care) lets you become a member of our community during a short-term stay and have full access to all our communities have to offer.

If you’re in need of a little extra support with day-to-day tasks as you recover from surgery or an injury, our team can provide the assistance you need. Temporary stay is also a great option for seniors who need additional assistance or companionship while their caregiver is unavailable or traveling. A short-term stay is also a great way to try a community on and see if it fits. Temporary stay is offered at individual communities based on availability.
