The Villa of Delray is licensed under the State of Florida as a non-medical Residential Care Facility and is made to house up to 14 tenants. We offer our specialized attention and services to those who need additional care, experience health issues, or are no longer capable of living alone.

Meal Prep and Schedule

• • Three healthy, nutrient-rich meals a day including any snacks and drinks

• • Supervised diet (if a resident follows a certain dietary alteration)

• • Assistance with meals as and if needed by any resident

Housekeeping and Laundry Service

• • Routine standard housekeeping

• • Regular in-house laundry services

• • Linens, pillows, sheets, and blankets are also included

Furniture and Supplies Included

• • Bedroom is furnished (bed, chair, closet, dresser, and a side table)

• • Living areas and social spaces with TV

• • Hygiene and toiletry supplies

Managing of Medication

• • Administer any resident’s medicines as per doctor’s recommendations

• • Medication inventories are kept secured

• • Assist in any orders for refills if needed

Personal Care (as needed)

• • Aid provided for residents to and from meals or activities

• • Assistance with cleaning, bathing and grooming

• • Reporting of any unusual shifts in behavior or appetite
