The assisted living residences at Terrace – Residential Care Apartments combine all the comforts, privacy, and security of home with the supportive care needed to assure independence. Every apartment offers a spacious living environment with beautiful views of the 14-acre wooded campus.

The Terrace consists of 46 residential care apartments, each with its own private bath and kitchenette. A month-to-month leasing fee includes all utilities, phone, basic TV, and social service assistance.

Deluxe one-bedroom suites – Spacious suites featuring a modern kitchenette, wall-to-wall carpeting, private bathroom, and a balcony/patio with a spectacular view. Generous closet space highlights the bedroom and living area while offering individualized temperature control of heating and cooling.

Standard studio apartment – Studio apartments offer an alternative to accommodations and affordability. Featuring one large or divided room, the studio offers privacy with all the regular amenities, including its own private bathroom. All apartments feature a 24-hour emergency call system in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
