The Meadows is owned by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs (IOOF)—one of the oldest fraternal orders in the world—and the motto of “Friendship, Love, and Truth” guides The Meadows lifestyle. You don’t have to be a Member of IOOF to enjoy the top-tier care, amenities, and services provided by our community. Because we could all use a little more friendship, love, and truth in our lives, especially as we get older.

Assisted Living

You love living independently, but some daily tasks like bathing, grooming, laundry, and dispensing medication are creating strain. Step into our beautiful Villas building where your own spacious apartment awaits, complete with personalized assistance, supportive services, and compassionate care.

The importance of personalized care.

Living vibrantly is entirely possible when you have the level of support you need. In the lovely Villas residences, our Assisted Living program helps you take care of everyday tasks so you no longer have to alone. If you need additional help with bathing, getting dressed, grooming, keeping track of your medications, or other supportive services, let our trained staff take care of those details. Direct admission into the Assisted Living program means there is not a deposit or community fee, and you can still access many of the amenities of our Independent Living spaces including the pool and dining venues.

Everyone’s needs are different, and our Levels of Care Assisted Living offers a variety of options to fit your personal situation. You only pay for the services you need, such as:

Compassion means everything when you’re not feeling your best, and our Skilled Nursing Care offers exactly that in your time of need. Our Medicare-certified Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is staffed 24/7 by professionals who love what they do—which is assisting residents in their transition from hospital to home. We’ll meet your needs—whether that’s rehabilitation services, short-term nursing care if you’re recovering from illness or injury, or long-term care for those needing extended nursing assistance. Your comfortable setting includes semi-private suites and private suites with personal bathrooms and patios.

• Physical Therapy – Our physical therapists work with residents to improve muscular strength, balance, flexibility, and functional mobility. We have a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center including aquatic therapy and an AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill™.
• Occupational Therapy – This type of therapy is designed to improve residents’ ability to perform the activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and transferring into and out of bed.
• Speech Therapy – Residents who have problems with speaking, hearing, comprehension, expression, or swallowing benefit from this type of therapy.
• Restorative Therapy – Restorative therapy and services are designed to maintain function, independence, and improve self-esteem.

Our Skilled Nursing and rehabilitation services include an advanced therapy program called Consonus.
