Welcome to The Cove at Tavares Villages, a quaint senior living facility in beautiful Tavares, FL! We are a senior living facility with a focus on providing a comfortable, safe and engaging experience for all of our residents. We offer options for Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s Care and Memory Care, and Independent Living.

Assisted Living

The Cove’s Assisted Living Facility in Tavares, Florida is designed to accommodate residents with a broad range of independence. We build a custom plan for each resident to determine the level of care needed.

Our goal is to provide a comfortable living experience for our residents by providing exceptional service, unprecedented care, and treating them like family! Our accommodations consist of private and semi-private rooms, which gives us the ability to meet most budgets. Residents can spend plenty of time outdoors enjoying our courtyard, patio, and fountain! Our residents enjoy three delicious meals served daily in the dining room while offering plenty of meal options. We provide assistance with medications, housekeeping, linen service, and transportation to local medical appointments, creating a maintenance-free lifestyle for our residents.

Someone from our well-trained staff of CNAs and LPNs is available on-site 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.

Memory Care and Advanced Care

The Cove’s memory care facility is designed to accommodate individuals with memory impairment (including Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia), as well as those with more advanced physical needs. The Memory Care Unit is part of our Assisted Living Facility in Tavares, FL.

Advanced Care Program

Assisted living residents with special needs such as those that are bedridden, wheelchair-bound, or have a movement-inhibiting disease such as Parkinson’s are often moved to our memory care facility. These advanced care residents receive the specialized care needed to help them with their daily lives.

Advanced and Memory Care Staff

We pride ourselves on the knowledge, friendliness, and level of attention provided by our staff. Our nursing staff of CPNs, LPNs, and RNs is extensively trained in the most current care practices. At all times, someone from our nursing staff is on the property. These nurses help with the daily routines of our residents and assist with both social and physical activities. Housekeeping staff helps keep our residents’ rooms clean, as well as providing laundry services. Advanced and Memory Care Residents receive 3 delicious meals per day with plenty of meal options and physical assistance (as needed).

The programs and services that we offer are as follows:

• Mental Health Therapies: Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT, also known as Pet therapy), Music Therapy, Reminiscence Therapy, Aroma Therapy, and Massage Therapy.
• Well-being Programs: Social Programs and Exercise Programs.
• On-site Routine Medical Services Available: Physician Appointments, Dermatology Appointments, Podiatry Appointments, and Dental Appointments.

Independent Living

The spacious Villas of The Cove offer maintenance-free Senior Independent Living while still allowing you to devote valuable time to the things in life you enjoy!

About our Independent Living Villas

Our various villa floor plans consist of a living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a large closet, full bath and a half bath, screened porch, and a one-car garage with a washer and dryer. Independent Living at The Cove is affordable with multiple lease options available.

Brand New Senior Living Options

Our newly constructed villas are beautiful with modern features such as granite countertops, porcelain tiled showers, brushed nickel fixtures, and full-size stainless appliances. The two-bedroom villas will offer spacious living areas with one full-size master bath and one powder room. And of course, we still include all appliances, yes the washer and dryer too, and the full-size garage everyone loves.
