Package Pricing:

Choose from a variety of assisted living floor plans and service packages to meet your individual needs. There are two costs associated with assisted living, a one-time Refundable Entrance Fee* and a monthly assisted living service fee that covers the cost of utilities, maintenance, and care services. The cost of your assisted living care package is determined by the degree of care needed and the most common includes the following services:

What’s Included in the Cost?

The cost of memory care is determined by the degree of care needed. There are two costs that make up your memory care package, a one-time 90% Refundable Entrance Fee for nonresidents, and a monthly service fee that covers the cost of utilities, maintenance, care services, and the following:

• Reminders of activities, mealtimes, and assistance

• Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day

There are two costs that make up your long-term nursing care package, a daily cost to cover services and support, and for nonresidents, a one-time Refundable Entrance Fee* that includes the following services:

• Individualized service plan designed by a care team
• Complete assistance from staff for activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming
• Regularly scheduled registered nurse review and assessment
• Assessment and coordination of health care services
• Management of chronic but stable medical conditions
• Assistance with medical appointment scheduling for on-site medical center
• Medication management and administration by trained and certified staff
• Prescription ordering by licensed and certified staff
• On-site medical center physicians
• Licensed nurses on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Incontinence products and care
• All meals with snacks available throughout the day
• Weekly housekeeping with personal laundry and linen service
