Welcome to our community. We are a Licensed Residential Assisted Living Facility located in West Palm Beach serving our senior population, with 3 locations throughout Palm Beach County. Our staff-to-resident ratio enables a higher level of care and accountability. Our high level of involved caretaking and consistent communication with residents, family, and caregivers create a welcoming, respectable, valuable, and highly esteemed environment.

Our community is operated and managed by a Registered Nurse. Our expertise enables us to take on challenging cases and care for seniors who enjoy a home-like and personable environment. We provide complimentary evaluations to assist families and their loved ones.

Our specially trained Alzheimer’s and Dementia staff joins residents in their moment, rather than trying to bring them into our reality. Our goal is to get to know each resident and their family. We build strong partnerships with families and loved ones based on communication, education and support. Path of Life provides the following:
