With our spacious and expansive apartment-like settings, Mission Oaks accommodates couples, individuals and shared living arrangements.

Like the other homes you’ve lived in throughout your life, our intention is to make Mission Oaks a comfortable, personalized fit. We want our residents to feel like this community was built specifically for them with features, amenities and thoughtful touches that result in an immersive, one-to-one experience. Here, we anticipate life happening according to your plan – a plan that fits your current lifestyle. Our assisted living community, licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, will be the perfect residence for individuals who are capable of living independently with some assistance and supervision, yet who are seeking access to a range of services to provide them with an enhanced level of health and well-being. We know that life brings us unexpected changes and we are here to support you when those changes come.

Various levels of Personal Assistance are available and tailored to meet each resident’s specific needs. Residents will be evaluated prior to move-in and we will develop a detailed care plan just for you. We will evaluate your care plan regularly and at any time when your life changes we will work together to determine how we can continue to best meet your needs. Of course, our therapy will be there to keep you right where you want to be – “at home at Mission Oaks”.

We are designing the culinary experience at Mission Oaks to be flexible, healthy, exciting and exactly what you would expect from a fine dining experience.

Memory Care Services

We care who people are, where they’ve been and what they are going through. Life in our 34-bed secured memory care community will foster skills and interests in a comfortable, home-like environment.

Our residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia often have difficulty recollecting the memories that are the signposts of life’s journey. We know the special needs of this condition and the emotional toll it can exact on residents and their families. The goal of our Memory Care program is to provide a reassuring link to the past, while creating new memories through meaningful, enriching daily activities.

The structure of our living environment will be optimized to allow residents to maintain their dignity, increase their sense of belonging and provide opportunities for positive personal interaction. We will fill every day with the right balance of movement and activity, always being careful to measure that activity to individual capabilities.

Respite Care Services

Mission Oaks Assisted Living & Memory Care offers Respite services for those needing short-term assistance for loved ones. Are you going on vacation? Would you like a trial stay? Or, do you have a weekly activity and need your loved one to be secure? We can provide that care and do so with trained staff in a secure supportive environment.

Mission Oaks offers respite from 3 nights stay to 30 nights stay. The following services and supports are provided:

• Furnished studio apartment
• Chef-prepared meals (3 meals a day plus snacks)
• Activities 7 days a week
• Housekeeping and weekly linen service
• Medication assistance
• Nurse on premises for all shifts
• Available in our Assisted Living or Memory Care

Day Respite Service (Senior Day Retreat)

Caregivers need to maintain their health and social life while caring for a loved one. Our day respite program is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Let our Senior Day Retreat help you with delicious meals, activities & entertainment, personal care services, beauty & barber services and more! The following services and supports are provided:

• Noon meal plus 2 snacks each day
• Planned activities and outings
• Staffed by an Activities Coordinator and a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Bathing offered for an additional fee
