At Lincolnshire Assisted Living, our motto is: FAMILY. We are a family owned, managed, and operated ALF, and our family culture permeates all aspects of our facility/home from our management and staff to our residents and lifestyle here.

Lincolnshire currently has 20 private bedrooms, with a capacity of 20 residents, allowing us to have a sizable community feel, but in a homestyle atmosphere where everyone knows your name and each other, and providing the opportunity for our residents to feel more of that home sweet home feel that can get lost in larger facilities.

Flat Rate Pricing

Before a resident comes to our facility, we will thoroughly assess the resident, discuss the level of care with the family and/or resident, and we will communicate a flat rate price based on that level of care for your loved one in our facility. This helps you to have peace of mind that the monthly costs will be set and consistent, and eliminates any guessing.

Aging in Place

When a resident moves into our home, our goal is to let them age in place. This is more than just an advertisement point on our brochure. The care we provide your loved one is more than a job for us. Aging-in-Place gives families and residents the comfort and security of a safe and healthy place you can call home for the rest of your loved one’s life. In addition to our small family style layout, our hand picked staff has time & energy to focus on personal connections with residents.

Each resident is able to customize their care package. We have strong relationships with the top FL hospice teams. Lincolnshire’s team works in tandem with the hospice teams to provide the resident with customized care plans during this sensitive time of their life.

Communication

Communication is Key. Our team is just a phone call or text away. Any questions or concerns you may have, we are here to help. You won’t get lost in a maze of receptionists. Instead, all our resident’s family has direct cell phone access to the owner of the facility. Our 24/7 care staff is always here to help you as well, but for any reason, you can reach out directly to the facility owner and/or stop by the facility office to meet and talk in person as well.

Family Owned & Operated

The care of our residents is more than a job for us. When someone moves into our home, we are taking them into our Lincolnshire family. We are family owned and operated, and our staff is like family as well. We are all here to take care of our beloved residents…we are close with our resident’s family and friends, making us all one big Lincolnshire family.

Personalized Activities

Staying active both mentally and physically is one of the most important aspects of an assisted living facility. Lincolnshire we implement a variety of activities and entertainment from day to day. From Bingo, cards, board games, arts/crafts, balloon volleyball, movie night, to live music, singing, piano, guitar, and even magic shows. If a resident has a new activity request, we will do our best to add to it our activity calendar!

Providing Extra Services

• Caregiver to Resident Ratio: Lincolnshire Assisted Living has a low number of residents to available caregivers. Depending upon the requirement, we offer 1-2 caregivers for 5-7 residents.
• Bed and Breakfast Assisted Living: Lincolnshire Assisted Living offers a Bed and Breakfast style assisted living home. Caregivers are available to assist with any needs that may arise.
• Flexible Shower Schedule: Larger facilities often have very rigged bathing schedules. At our home, we offer a customized shower schedule.
• Open Dining: Our cozy assisted living home offers flexible dining options. All-day snacks and beverages are available. Our attentive staff is here to help.
• Low Staff Turnover: Having a stable staff with low turnover is essential in long term care. At Lincolnshire Assisted Living, we value our great employees and put a priority on keeping them.
