Our memory care facility, known as The Harbor, is a refuge from the storms associated with Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory-related conditions. The overall theme, design, colors, furniture and artwork reflect an era reminiscent of younger days.

Physical Therapy

Getting around comfortably and freely is the goal of physical therapy. Legacy Village of Hendersonville is excited to offer In-House Physical Therapy that concentrates on balance, mobility, functional independence, pain management, and seeks to give our assisted living residents the best quality of life possible without having to leave the community for care.

Occupational Therapy

Improving our residents’ activities of daily living is the objective of occupational therapy. Occupational Therapy focuses on increasing functional independence, social participation, and quality of life. Legacy’s Therapy can help residents with navigating their home and various environments, as well as assist with dressing, bathing, and hand function.

Speech-Language Pathology

Communication is the key focus of our speech-language pathology professionals. This skilled rehabilitative intervention focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating disorders related to speech, language, social communication, cognition, and swallowing. Legacy’s Speech-language pathologists also offer education to residents and caregivers to improve their overall health and well-being.
