Haven Home prides itself on being a home, not a facility. It is located in the heart of Old Mentor on a residential tree-lined street, but completely accessible to Mentor Avenue.

With the number of residents limited to 14 and the staff to resident ratio at 1:5, Haven Home is able to provide individualized care and attention to our residents.
