Outpatient Rehabilitation

Our outpatient services provide physical, occupational and speech therapy. Garbry Ridge partners with area Home Health’s so that we meet the outpatient needs of our residents that are able to be treated in place.

Outpatient Rehabilitation offers evaluation and treatment for patients with:

• Orthopedic conditions
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Neck and back pain
• Arthritis
• Balance difficulty/impairment
• Recurring headaches
• Chronic Pain
• Diabetic and other peripheral neuropathy
• Orthotic fitting
• Immobile joints
• Fibromyalgia
• Hand dexterity limitations
• Hand, elbow and wrist injuries

Memory Support

HCF Management specializes in caring for residents who are suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or memory impairment. We understand these medical conditions can be difficult and emotionally trying for both our residents and their families. For this reason, it is important to be cared for by those who understand the needs of each resident and the complexities of their illnesses.

Independent Living

Independent Living Level of Care, Garbry Ridge apartments offer the privacy and freedom of home combined with the convenience and security of on-call assistance. Paired with a maintenance-free environment, this facility is the perfect choice for anyone looking for carefree living. Our independent living neighborhood features a choice of studio and one-bedroom apartments, decorated with your furnishings to make it feel more like home.

The apartment kitchenette features a refrigerator, microwave, sink, counter space, and storage cabinets. Our individually climate-controlled apartments allow you to change the temperature based on your liking for personal comfort. The bathroom features barrier-free access to oversized, handicapped-accessible showers. To help ease you and your loved ones’ minds, each resident receives a wireless call button to ensure that help is available at any time – day or night.

Our 1200 square foot cottages feature an attached 388 square foot garage and a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open concept living room & kitchen with all appliances included.

Assisted Living

Our assisted living communities offer an alternative to traditional nursing care. When you value your independence but recognize the need for some daily support, assisted living provides the support you need. We have a variety of living arrangements, personal care services, menu options, social activities and amenities. We understand that seniors have varying needs, it is our mission to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Our environment is designed to feel like home while supporting the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of our residents. Residents can easily access physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy programs if the need arises. As requirements change and long-term care concerns need to be addressed, we offer a natural transition within a familiar environment.

Hospice Care

When an individual is approaching end-of-life, we provide hospice care for patients and their families who choose this service. Hospice care is designed, equipped, and staffed to help patients and families address end-of-life questions while providing the medical, psychological and spiritual support necessary to progress through an emotionally trying time.

Respite Care

This program provides respite care for caregivers who may need a vacation or simply some time away. It gives family members time off so they can resume their caregiver role feeling refreshed and rested.

Palliative Care – Arms of Care

Of all the symptoms associated with the treatment of chronic disease and disability, pain is perhaps the most individualized. Our focus on individualized treatment gives us an advantage in providing palliative care in each of our skilled nursing centers. Symptoms treated may include pain, fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, and shortness of breath.
