We founded Five Acres at Leisure Town North Assisted Living because we experienced caring for our own family member. We’ve been there. We realized when it came time to reach out to a local assisted living facility for help, it was never exactly as we hoped. It helped fit most needs but not all. We saw the need to build a place that folks could call home without compromise. A place where care for specific needs are tailored to you because a one-size fits all approach doesn’t work.

Jim, Breanne, their children James and Kate, and Miles the Labrador have lived, served, and worked in Vacaville since 2013. They continue to establish their roots into this city through their faith and the incredible community around them. Their commitment to serving and meeting the lifestyle needs of our elderly residents along with their families throughout Solano county and surrounding areas at Five Acres at Leisure Town North is a privilege and they look forward to serving you in your new home.

Our professional staff are highly experienced in navigating the symptoms of memory care related illnesses and creating a loving atmosphere that makes our residents feel safe. Five Acres at Leisure Town North was purposefully designed to provide a stimulating environment that encourages engagement and well-being in a comfortable and secure location. There are times when there may be a scheduled surgery, need to recover from an injury, or simply need temporary accommodations for respite care. Our staff are equipped to help our temporary residents with their recovery so they can focus on healing, wellness, and getting back on their feet. Pre-planning is paramount, and our team will coordinate directly with the individual, their trusted circle, and their medical team to gain a full understanding of the post operation care needs and how we can implement a care plan that gets the temporary resident back on their feet and on the road to recovery.

Our hospitality staff ensure the cleanliness of resident spaces; the homes interior and our maintenance crew takes care of the grounds and systems.

All of our residents receive complimentary laundry service, clean linens, and bed service. Everything is taken care of so our residents can enjoy where they live. Hospitality is a component of care done well and we believe in serving our residents to the best of our ability.

Although our facility does not have a dedicated spa, Five Acres at Leisure Town North contracts with local licensed and vetted mobile spa services to bring a relaxing and tranquil experience to our residents. These wellness professionals have partnered with us to provide specialized senior services on site to deliver a truly exceptional experience in the comforts of our residents’ home. All services on site are available on a regularly scheduled subscription basis or a la carte for an as needed approach.
