Coastal Pointe Senior Living

Coastal Pointe Senior Living is a Sinceri Senior Living community offering independent living, assisted living, and respite care on a single campus. The community’s stated approach is to scale care as residents’ needs change, so a resident who arrives independent can remain in place as support requirements grow.

Independent living is designed for self-sufficient residents who want the freedom of an autonomous lifestyle without home maintenance or the isolation of living alone. Assisted living adds personalized support with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, and supervision of personal medications — with 24/7 nursing staff on site.

The campus sits on acreage with lake frontage and includes an outdoor pool, fitness center, library, beauty salon and barbershop, a bar and cocktail lounge, private dining room, and covered parking. On-site rehabilitation is available, including speech, physical, and occupational therapy. A front desk concierge is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Services included in residency: maintenance of the home, buildings, and grounds; weekly housekeeping and linen service; basic cable; and three meals daily through the community’s MyChoice Dining and signature dining programs. Life enrichment programming includes group trips, clubs, shopping outings, sightseeing drives, and dining excursions to local restaurants. Family and friends are welcomed into community life.

Sinceri runs two signature programs at the community level: Elevate, a wellness framework for independent and assisted living residents built on four cornerstones of active, healthy living, and the Aging Experience, a staff and family education program that uses simulation to build empathy for residents living with diminished physical or cognitive ability.

• Assisted Living — starting at $3,990/month (base rent only; level-of-care charges are additional)

The community works with families to identify funding sources including VA benefits, long-term care insurance, life insurance conversion, short-term loans or lines of credit, and home sale proceeds.
