Included in the monthly fee are essential services such as three delicious meals daily, weekly housekeeping with linens and towels provided, basic cable TV, and utilities (excluding phone).

Residents delight in a diverse array of activities tailored to their interests, along with scheduled transportation for outings and appointments. Our community features a nursing station staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring peace of mind for residents and their families.

Additional amenities include a beauty/barber shop, elegant dining facility, computer lab, library, and attractive walking areas for leisurely strolls. Apartments are thoughtfully designed with features such as carpet or laminate flooring, vertical blinds or shutters, kitchenettes equipped with refrigerators (one-bedroom apartments) or half kitchenettes (studio apartments), and self-adjusting heating/air conditioning.

For added safety and security, each apartment is equipped with telephone/cable outlets and an emergency pull cord system. At Canyon Villas, independent living is elevated to a harmonious blend of comfort, community, and care.
