You’ll have peace of mind knowing there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Your loved one will feel right at home with our purpose-built community designed specifically for the needs of those living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s. Our apartments have plenty of natural window light and some even have a garden view. We’ll help you make your loved one’s apartment familiar and comfortable with a move-in guide and a suggested list of what to bring.

Personalized and Consistent Care

We understand that techniques that work for one resident may not work for another. So instead, our care partners are trained to provide relationship-rich care. We don’t just hire good people; we invest in quality training and education to help keep our staff up-to-date on the latest dementia care techniques. We assign the same care partners whenever possible to encourage familiarity and richer relationships, which in turn help lessen behavioral symptoms. Our residents have care associates who know their histories, routines, and preferences to support a person-centered relationship and meet the unique needs of early, middle or late stages of dementia.

Engaging Programs

The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs. Seniors are offered engagement that provides stimulation and challenge. An established routine helps your loved one preserve their current abilities, encourages the use of current skills and offers a sense of security and accomplishment.

A day in the life of a Clare Bridge resident may include things like a morning cognitive workout with discussions and brain-stimulating games. Residents also participate in a variety of physical activities ranging from our B-Fit program to walking groups and dancing. Activities include music and art programs, brain games and movement classes.

Solace: Support For Late-Stage Dementia

The Solace program, which is offered in every Clare Bridge community, is designed to meet the special needs of residents in the advanced stages of dementia. The Solace program does not replace any elements of the overall Clare Bridge daily path of life enrichment, but rather adds an extra layer of programming within the larger memory care program. Highlights of the Solace program include extra time for grooming, activities involving the senses, music and aromatherapy.
