All residents at Bayside Terrace are eligible for a range of services tailored to their individual needs. Our internal team works to create custom Care Plans for each resident, taking into account their unique care requirements that may change over time.

Assisted Living and Memory Care residents at Bayside Terrace are entitled to, but not limited to, the following services:

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Medication Management (prescription ordering, organizing, and distribution)
• Twenty-four hour access to staff
• All utilities (excluding cable and phone)
• Housekeeping services
• Personal laundry
• Access to state of the art Emergency Call Light System
• Three chef-crafted meals daily
• A comprehensive off-meal snack and hydration program
• A full social programming and activities schedule
• Transportation to scheduled activities
• And so much more!

For those who require additional care, Bayside Terrace offers an enhanced level of care option for both Assisted Living and Memory Care at an additional cost. The Extended Personal Care option focuses on providing a higher frequency of care services that extend above and beyond what is included in standard assisted living and memory care services.

Assisted Living

At Bayside Terrace, our goal is to offer a worry-free, all-inclusive lifestyle to our assisted living residents. Our personalized care plans are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, and are created through a thorough evaluation and consultation process. As our residents’ needs may change over time, we constantly monitor their well-being and adjust care plans accordingly. Our specialized care team works closely with residents to develop close, individualized relationships.

Our detailed All-Inclusive Service Care Plan includes the appropriate combination of the listed services below, for our Standard Assisted Living:

• Daily assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assistance with ordering, set up and delivery of medications
• Dining assistance and accommodations for special diets
• Personal laundry
• Twenty-four hour access to staff and licensed medical professionals
• Shared and private apartments with individual climate control and private bathrooms in apartments
• All included utilities, except telephone
• Three homemade meals served daily
• Hydration and snack programming for off-meal times
• Full social calendar and programming
• Secured outdoor courtyard lounging areas
• Designated common area space, including a private dining room for special occasions

There are two level of care options for Assisted Living residents that may require care above and beyond the standard services we offer. The two package options available are Extended Personal Care (EPC), and Premium Personal Care (PPC), both which require additional fees to implement.

Memory Care

At Bayside Terrace, we recognize the significance of specialized care for those facing memory impairment such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia. That’s why we offer a dedicated Memory Care community designed to provide a safe and secure environment for our residents. Our goal is to support our residents in maintaining their independence and cognitive abilities through personalized care plans and specialized services.

Our trained staff works closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care. Our Memory Care community includes a range of services including daily assistance with personal care, consistent supervision, medication management, and dining accommodations. Our building is designed for maximum safety, with secured access points and outdoor courtyards for residents to safely explore.

Our detailed All-Inclusive Service Care Plan for our Memory Care residents includes the appropriate combination of the listed services below for our Standard Memory Care:

• Daily assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Consistent supervision and oversight by staff
• A secured community and building where residents are free to safely explore a spacious floor plan accessible that is secured at all exit points to eliminate elopement risk
• Assistance with ordering, set up and delivery of medications
• Dining assistance and accommodations for special diets
• Personal laundry
• Twenty-four hour access to staff and licensed medical professionals
• Shared and private apartments with individual climate control and private bathrooms in apartments
• All included utilities, except telephone
• Three homemade meals served daily
• Hydration and snack programming for off-meal times
• Full social calendar and programming
• Secured outdoor courtyard lounging area

If individual residents require assistance above and beyond the standard level of care for our Memory Care community, we have two Level of Care options. We have Extended Personal Care (EPC) and Premium Personal Care (PPC). Both levels of care are offered at an additional cost to our residents.
