Make yourself at home in one of our newly renovated senior apartments. Select from a variety of floor-plans including one-bedroom and one-bedroom plus living room. All floor plans include upgraded bathrooms and walk-in closets. And once you’ve moved in, relax and enjoy the luxury and assistance of weekly housekeeping and laundry services.

The restaurant at AvantGarde La Jolla features a California casual, fine dining experience. Luxury Transportation

AvantGarde makes getting where you need to go easy and comfortable in our luxury, ADA compliant Mercedes Sprinter vans. These vans are custom fitted with mobility in mind and wheelchair accessible. Indoor Spaces: AvantGarde of La Jolla is a newly remodeled community that includes a variety of indoor spaces for residents, their families and friends to relax and enjoy in comfort. All resident common-areas are sanitized daily using state-of-the-art UV sterilization equipment. Stop by the restaurant for conversation, kick back in the sun room, play card games or watch movies in the community living room.

Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the sunshine and California outdoor lifestyle at AvantGarde of La Jolla. Residents can relax at one of our two courtyards, one featuring a miniature putting green and the other a great place for gathering for chef-prepared outdoor BBQs.
