A uniquely tailored program, our Bridges neighborhood provides specialized care for seniors living in the early stages of cognitive decline or memory loss. It was uniquely designed for seniors who have mild cognitive impairment (MCI).

With its dedicated layouts, a tailored schedule of activities, social and mental enrichments, and a specially trained care staff, it offers even greater peace of mind for you and your loved one.

Our Evergreen memory care neighborhood is perfect for your loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, or any type of dementia. In it, you’ll find personalized care, specially trained staff, and customized programs for your loved one’s optimal well-being.
