Memory Care

The care partners at The THRIVE Memory Care Center at Applewood Village include highly trained, kind and caring staff who dedicate each day to engaging activities that enrich the lives of residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and other memory-related conditions.

Consistent with Applewood’s philosophy of encouraging wellness in mind, body and spirit, the THRIVE Memory Care Center has developed a cutting-edge program that ensures each resident is provided with the individualized care plan necessary to improve their quality of life, allowing residents to thrive. Serving up to 11 residents, this smaller, personalized setting provides individualized program development for each resident based on their current abilities, medical history and aspirations.

You can be assured your loved one will receive highly personalized care. Residents also enjoy private rooms with full baths, surrounded by an active social and skill-strengthening environment where residents have a close relationship with staff and neighbors. In addition, this person-centered approach aims to promote well-being, prolong daily function and help residents maintain a sense of purpose, dignity and satisfaction.

• LPN coverage 24/7
• Three nutritious daily meals
• Housekeeping, maintenance, laundry and utilities
