Algart Health Care is a family owned and operated Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility.

We are located on the West Side of Cleveland, Ohio, close to Edgewater Park. We offer individualized care with a family environment, making Algart a great place not only to live as a resident, but also to work as part of our team.

Algart is a 72 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Over the past eight years, our occupancy rate has been over 97%.

Algart was the first health care facility in the State of Ohio to be approved for the Assisted Living Waiver Program.

The basic assisted living services provided by Algart are: 24-hour nursing supervision, 3 meals per day plus snacks, special diets, complete laundry and housekeeping services daily, social and recreational activities, community outreach programs, personal care services daily, and daily medication management by a licensed nurse.

The need for memory care is significant for our aging population. In addition to the basic assisted living services, Algart provides intensive specialized care for people with memory issues. These services include: reality orientation, wellness checks, reminders/assistance to/from meals and activities, memory focused activities and 1:1 programs, and enhanced response to call system.
