Assisted Living

Assisted Living features the ideal balance of freedom and support in a homelike setting. Our residents have access to personalized, around-the-clock nursing care provided in the comfort of their own studio or one-bedroom apartment.

• 24-hour on-site nursing staff
• A customized care plan to address the need for medication administration, mobility/transfer support, nutrition, and assistance with activities of daily living

Memory Care provides the highest level of resident-centered support and engagement in a secure environment designed for those with significant dementia, and offers a choice of spacious, private studio apartments.

Josephine Humphries bravely faced Alzheimer’s for 14 years, inspiring the deep personal connection that drives our commitment to excellence and our mission to provide the best Memory Care in the Dayton area.

The Josephine Way embodies our approach to caring for the whole person and their family. We aim to see beyond the limitations of Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia, and recognize each resident for the unique individual they are.
