The Pointe at Deerfield is a Sinceri Senior Living community offering independent living, assisted living, and respite care in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The community leans into an active, social atmosphere — fitness classes, writing workshops, and live entertainment are part of the regular programming — and is built to let residents age in place as their care needs increase rather than relocate.

Independent living is designed for self-sufficient residents who want autonomy without home maintenance or the isolation of living alone. Assisted living adds personalized service plans with support for activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and supervision of personal medications.

Campus amenities include a lake, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a library, a beauty salon and barbershop, a bar and cocktail lounge, a private dining room, and covered parking. An on-site rehabilitation gym offers speech, physical, and occupational therapy. Included in residency: internet, satellite TV, maintenance of the home, buildings, and grounds, weekly housekeeping, and scheduled transportation. Assisted living residents receive daily or weekly housekeeping with laundry service.

Dining differs by level of care: two meals daily are included in independent living, three meals daily in assisted living.
