The Traditions program provides a relaxing setting and specific activities centered on music, sensory, and tactile stimulation for individuals with memory loss. Our energetic team assists residents in organizing their time so that each day is filled with fun activities and meaningful social connections. To maintain memory and improve cognition, we encourage involvement in physical and brain fitness activities. Care Services

Bathing, clothing, grooming, personal hygiene, medication administration, oxygen management, continence care, transferring, ambulation, and even an on-site nurse for monitoring health requirements and assessments are all included in our care services.

Coordination of Services

We coordinate services for physical therapy, physicians visits, speech therapy, psychological services, podiatry, hospice services and much more.

Concierge Medicine Program

Oakmont has teamed with well-known doctors to provide our residents with individualized medical care. On-site same-day and next-day appointments, as well as 24/7 access to the Concierge Physician, are available to residents.
