Located behind the Mountain Medical Complex in Clyde, NC, facilities at the Spicewood Cottages offer a smaller, more intimate atmosphere for retirement and assisted living. The three buildings house up to 22 residents with each building having its own living and dining rooms.

We invite you to come take a look at Spicewood Cottages as we continue to remodel these facilities inside and outside. Renovations are ongoing and new care and quality programs have been introduced under the guidance of our on-site management team. This will ensure the best care possible for existing and future residents in a comfortable, clean and safe environment.
