Memory Support in Dallas

Our memory support is here for you—attending to your specialized needs, your independence, and your individuality. Memory care and support are part of assisted living, but with a distinct focus on those living with cognitive impairment due to dementia and memory loss who may not be able to thrive in a traditional assisted living atmosphere.

Aquatics Therapy at CC Young

To provide even more healthy services and options for you, we are developing aquatics-based therapy and wellness programming. The objective is to offer top-notch aquatics programming to residents and the surrounding community as part of our state-of-the-art wellness and therapy offering. Participating in aquatics therapy can provide many health benefits including increased circulation, respiratory rate, and ease of movement.

The Synergy of Hospice and Palliative Care

CC Young Hospice care focuses on the quality of life for patients who are experiencing an advanced, terminal illness. Hospice provides compassionate, loving care from a team of professionals working together to manage symptoms so patients may live as fully and comfortably as possible. Palliative care is also offered for those who may still be pursuing curative treatment but require expert symptom management.
