Assisted Living

Personalized Care & Resort-style Amenities

Every resident at The Reutlinger receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs. Our assisted living community creates a perfect balance between comfortable, residential living and professional support services that promote continued independence and wellbeing.

We offer a nurturing community atmosphere with diverse programs and recreational opportunities that keep residents active, engaged and socially connected. All while our compassionate care team is available 24/7, ready to provide assistance with personal care needs and daily living activities whenever needed.

Our Approach

Our Resident Care Director conducts a personalized assessment to determine the exact level of support you need to live as independently as possible. Based on this evaluation, we create a customized care plan tailored specifically to your unique needs and preferences. As your needs evolve over time, your care plan adapts with you, ensuring you always receive the right level of support to flourish in your new home.

Levels of Care

Level One

Resident benefits from assistance with medication management and/or minimal basic care services, bathing, dressing, and/or grooming. Assistance with personal laundry, escort to and from dining, and housekeeping needs beyond the scheduled weekly visits would not be included.

Level Two

Resident benefits from modest assistance in overall care. This may include special guidance during meals or reminders for events and programs. Minimal assistance may be needed for dressing and bathing. Resident may also need occasional assistance with bladder and/or bowel management. Housekeeping and laundry needs may be more frequent, and medication administration is usually assisted by staff. All services included in level one would be included.

Level Three

Resident benefits from more significant supportive assistance in activities of daily living as well as consistent supervision and moderate assistance for dressing and bathing. Medication administration assistance may be more complex, and health monitoring may be as often as daily (e.g. blood pressure checks). Physical assistance in preparation for and during transports outside the community may be necessary.

Physical assistance and escort to the dining room and constant cueing and assistance during meal times would most likely be needed. Tray services may be used frequently. Laundry and housekeeping services may be required daily. Resident may require regular assistance in bowel and bladder management. All services included in level one and two would be included.

Level Four

Resident benefits from extensive assistance for personal care, bowel and bladder management, and health care monitoring. A personalized care plan may include strategies to support frequent changes in emotional expressions and continual orientation and cueing may be needed for overall well-being. Housekeeping and laundry needs may be more than daily. All services in levels one, two, and three are included.

Memory Care

Specialized Care for Alzheimer’s & Dementia

Each memory care resident receives a personalized care plan designed specifically for their unique journey. We work closely in partnership with families to navigate the evolving challenges that Alzheimer’s and dementia present, ensuring that our support grows and changes alongside each resident’s needs.

Our skilled care professionals understand that no two experiences with memory loss are the same, and we adapt our approach to honor each person’s individual needs, preferences, and life story. Through ongoing collaboration with loved ones, we create a comprehensive care experience that provides comfort, dignity and specialized attention at every stage.

Skilled Nursing

The Reutlinger offers onsite rehabilitation and short-term skilled nursing services for individuals recovering from a hospital stay, injury, or illness. Our comfortable and supportive surroundings, combined with a highly-trained staff, ensure that patients receive the therapy and care they need while staying close to home and their loved ones.

Rehabilitation

Our 5-star rated Short-Term Post-Hospital Rehabilitation Center specializes in helping individuals of all ages and faiths return home successfully following a hospital stay resulting from illness or surgery.
