Memory Care

Royal Care

Our Royal Care is a beautiful safe, secure and inviting wing especially designed for the needs of residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia and for those who are frail and in need of extra attention.

Royal Care provides a smaller home like environment with a living/entertainment room, dining room, garden courtyard and comfortable bedrooms. Residents’ routines and care are attended to throughout the day and night.

There is a high caregiver to resident ratio in Royal Care. The staff is specially trained in sensitivity, personal care, and meeting the needs of those who require this level of attention, understanding and compassion. Most importantly, residents are listened to, honored, supported and valued.

Emphasis is given knowing each individual’s needs and capabilities. Residents are helped to fill their days with what they enjoy, having a full range of structured activities to choose from such as sing-alongs, musical performances, games, sharing stories, arts/crafts, exercise or just relaxing with a movie or favorite show on the big screen T.V.

Respite Care

We offer respite care options for those that might wish to stay with us short term, such as recovering from a recent hospital stay or to give family or personal caregivers a much-needed vacation. Additionally, it allows individuals an opportunity to try our community and the services we offer before making a commitment.

Our respite options are all inclusive, including all of the services and amenities our permanent residents enjoy. Suites are beautifully decorated and include full bath, balconies/patios, emergency alert system, personal heating and air, cable television and phone service, meals, social events, and personal care as needed. A minimum stay is one month and is available as openings permit.
