Levels of Care

Limited Assist (Level 1)

Limited Assist is designed for those who need limited assistance with many activities of daily living as well as limited assistance with reminders and social support.

Enhanced Assist (Level 2)

Enhanced Assist is designed for those who need greater assistance with most activities of daily living and greater assistance with reminders and social support.

Full Assist (Level 3)

Full Assist is designed for those who need maximum hands-on assistance with all activities of daily living and full assistance with reminders, redirection, and social support.

Personalized Care

We understand that each resident’s care needs are unique. We take into consideration the resident’s needs and preferences, the family input, and the doctor’s orders when providing a Personalized Care Plan. This plan is constantly monitored and updated as changes in the needs or conditions may occur. Caring for individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or other types of Dementia Disease is part of our Personalized Care.

Healthcare Coordination

Golden Manor teams up with mobile doctors, hospices, physical therapists, and other professionals in order to provide you with the peace of mind that you or your loved one receive the best possible personal care available.

Meal Assistance

We offer three nutritious home-cooked meals, fresh fruits, and snacks throughout the day. We accommodate Vegan and Vegetarian Diets or Therapeutic Diets as ordered by your Physician.

Recreational Activities

At Golden Manor, our events and activities are designed to meet various needs and preferences with plenty of opportunities to have some fun. Our Special Holiday Celebrations as well as our Weekly Scheduled Activities like bingo, coloring, crafting, sing-alongs, card games, spiritual enrichment, and family time enrich the body and mind of our residents.

Daily complementary housekeeping, laundry services, towels, and linens are provided so you or your loved one can have an excellent experience at Golden Manor.

Medication Management

Our dedicated team provides Medication Management for each individual resident. We teamed up with great pharmacies in order to keep our residents safely on track with what they have been prescribed.
