First of its Kind

Eben Silver Town is the first of its kind Korean American senior living community, located in Suwanee, Georgia, just 30 miles away from Atlanta. A modern independent living and personal care home (PCH) in a private gated community that provides assistance with activities of daily living for Korean and American seniors. The community was developed to honor the traditional practice of caring for aging adults and to replicate the silver towns of Korea. The name “Eben” comes from the Biblical significance of Ebenezer, which means stone of help. “Silver Town” is a popular phrase in Korea, similar to retirement communities in the United States.

The stone house (or community) represents that God is keeping our residents safe.

Our mission is to provide quality care for seniors in an environment that delivers Korean food, language, and culture. It is our objective to make sure all our residents feel known, loved, and dignified by other residents and by the staff.

At the heart of Eben Silver Town lies a 123,000-square-foot modern Personal Care Home (PCH) community, featuring 119 spacious apartments across four stories.

Services

Personal Care Home

Eben Silver Town is a licensed Personal Care Home and can provide help in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to seniors who are otherwise healthy and active. Medicine management, weekly housekeeping and linen changes, laundry service, and three meals per day are all part of the services we offer to our residents who seek personal care. We also offer transportation services, daily group activities, snacks, and consistently check in on residents to ensure they are maintaining their dignity and quality of life they are accustomed to.

Independent Living

Eben Silver Town also offers the option of Independent Living, where the resident decides to forego some or most of the services stated above in Personal Care. Most Independent residents choose to maintain some form of meal plan and decide to be part of our community to partake in the social aspect. We encourage prospective residents to consider Independent Living to help slow down cognitive and physical decline by being active and having a less stressful lifestyle.

Short-Term Stay/Respite care

Some residents may be interested in a short-term stay/respite stay due to the need to recover from ailments or to decompress from some of life’s challenges. Eben Silver Town welcomes our short-term visitors to help in their healing and recovery process. There are, however, limitations in who we can accept, as we want to make sure we can fully attend to our guests’ needs.

Guest Room

Friends and Family of our residents may use our furnished guest rooms for visits to their loved ones.
