Our Story

Part of the Geauga County community for the past several decades, Geauga Assisted Living strives to provide the highest quality of care to our residents. Now under new ownership, Geauga Assisted Living is undergoing aesthetic renovations in order to provide a welcoming home for our residents when they can no longer live at home. We have recently upgraded with brand new heating and central air system for our residents’ comfort.

Located in Montville, Ohio, about 40 miles from Cleveland, Geauga Assisted Living is a family owned, family oriented facility. Located on over 3 acres of tree lined land, Geauga Assisted Living provides a relaxing, country-like setting, where residents can reside long term or short term depending on their individual needs.

We have private and semi-private rooms available now. Our rates include all homestyle dining with nutritious meals with vegetables from our garden, assistance with daily living (as needed), and round-the-clock staff who genuinely care for the well-being of your family members. We offer individual care plans and assistance with medications, as well as therapy-based activities and community based volunteer activities.

Our Garden

Here at Geauga Assisted Living, we are committed to providing a healthy lifestyle for our residents. We are proud of our gardens here at Geauga Assisted Living, which started from tiny seeds to multiple gardens, providing home-grown, fresh produce from the hands of our employees and volunteer residents. We take pride in picking and washing fresh vegetables from our own garden to use in nutritious meals every day.
