Independent Living at The Fountains is different. Our intimate, family-like atmosphere allows us to really know our residents. We offer spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes to fit a need for everyone. Included in the monthly rent is a daily continental breakfast, full lunch and dinner, biweekly housekeeping, a 24-hour monitored emergency response system, comprehensive transportation and much more. A variety of programs are also available to residents to encourage independence for as long as possible.

In our St. Louis Assisted Living community, we create an environment where our residents can enjoy a lifestyle of dignity and security. We provide individualized assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, laundry and more at an all-inclusive monthly rental rate. To provide added peace of mind, we have 24-hour nurses on site to provide oversight and care. We offer studio suites, one and two bedroom apartments which are designed with comfort in mind so that each resident can stay as independent as possible.

The goal of our Memory Care neighborhood is to provide meaningful days for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and different types of dementias. With only 24 apartments consisting of shared suites, studios, and one bedroom options, our exceptional staff will develop an individualized care program that reflects each individual resident in an intimate and home-like setting. Our dedicated Activities team schedules engaging and meaningful activities throughout the day to improve the quality of life for each of our residents.
