The care partners at The THRIVE Memory Care Center at Applewood Village include highly trained, kind and caring staff who dedicate each day to engaging activities that enrich the lives of residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and other memory-related conditions.

Consistent with Applewood’s philosophy of encouraging wellness in mind, body and spirit, the THRIVE Memory Care Center has developed a cutting-edge program that ensures each resident is provided with the individualized care plan necessary to improve their quality of life, allowing residents to thrive. Serving up to 11 residents, this smaller, personalized setting provides individualized program development for each resident based on their current abilities, medical history and aspirations.
