Masonic Village at Burlington is a Life Plan Community. What does that mean? It means that the full continuum of care is available to you no matter what health stage you are at or how your health needs may change over time.

Our clinically trained staff and state-of-the-art medical facilities provide the best care possible to our more than 400 senior residents.

Independent Living

Independent Living Services

The monthly service fee for all independent living cottage and apartment homes at Masonic Village at Burlington includes our extensive services and amenities package:

Assisted Living

Assisted Living provides the extra support you need to maintain an active life. Our residents enjoy their own private or semiprivate suite, with a spacious bedroom and private bathroom. We provide all residents with living services (housekeeping, laundry, all meals) as well as personal care services to help with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Memory Care

At Masonic Village we offer two different levels of Memory Care where our residents are surrounded by a highly skilled, compassionate team of professionals who create a safe, nurturing environment for each individual. Our dedicated staff members develop personal relationships with each resident, and residents benefit from the understanding, patience, and consistency in routine they find here.

Our Cedar Cove Memory Care neighborhood offers 20 private Assisted Living suites. Our Cindy Springs Memory Care Neighborhood offers 14 private suites for those who require a skilled level of nursing care and have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of Dementia.

Short-Term Rehabilitation Care

After a hospital stay, you can depend on our specialized Short-Term Rehabilitation staff to accelerate your recovery and ease your transition back home. We provide post-surgery orthopedic care, pain management, stroke rehabilitation, wound care, fall management, and more. Our Short-Term Rehabilitation Care services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Clinical Therapy.

Our experienced staff takes a team approach to your care, and working together will help you achieve your goals and resume your day-to-day activities as quickly as possible.

Respite Care

If you’ve taken on the responsibility of caring for a loved one who can no longer completely care for themselves, it can be difficult to find balance in your life between caregiving, work, and other family responsibilities. Sometimes caregivers need to take a much-deserved break, and other times their work obligations have to take precedence over their caregiving responsibilities. In either of these circumstances, Respite Care is the solution. Respite care provides a “home away from home” for a senior while their family or caregiver is unavailable. Our supportive care team works with family members to determine the proper amount of care and support to provide during a senior’s respite stay.

Long-Term Care

Sometimes after a surgery, illness, or due to another medical condition, you may need more daily assistance than before. Often referred to as Skilled Nursing, our Long-Term Care program gets you the help and support you need to maintain a great quality of life.

We also have Skilled Memory Care available as part of our Long-Term Care program as well. Our residents live in a suite with a bathroom. We provide all residents with living services (housekeeping, laundry, all meals) as well as personal care services to help with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Home Care

Masonic Village at Burlington offers complete Home Care services to all residents of Masonic Village. Our specialized team of Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) are caring professionals who are supervised by a Registered Nurse. All have passed rigorous background and credential checks, and many have certifications in hospice and palliative medicine, wound care, counseling, and other medical specialties.

Masonic Village at Burlington is really a bustling little town, packed with campus amenities that are second-to-none. While our 450-acre campus is located in the heart of Burlington County, near to Neshaminy State Park and Historic Bordentown as well as a short drive from Philadelphia and Atlantic City, our residents find plenty to do right here in our community. It’s refreshing to have so many services and amenities within walking distance of your front door.

• Grow Memorial Hall hosts classes, concerts, movies, lectures, and more
• Café 902 serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week
• The Cornerstone Restaurant features formal, restaurant-style dining

There’s plenty to do every day of the week at Masonic Village at Burlington, but when residents get a slight case of wanderlust, there’s always the monthly day trips to local sites or restaurants residents can take advantage of. And door-to-door transportation is always available to take residents to a doctor’s appointment or on local shopping trips.

Of course, both the restaurant and café do their best to accommodate allergy and special diet needs upon request. There are gluten free options, vegetarian options, and low fat/sodium options to keep our residents healthy and well-fed. Residents have a choice of dining plans so that they can enjoy relaxing fine dining and never have to worry about cooking dinner again.
