Assisted Living

The Clare Estate offers quality senior living on all care levels. This is why we have dedicated several services and developed individual care levels to meet your needs. Our promise to you is that our unyielding compassion and dedication to superior senior living standards are the top priorities in everything we do.

Assisted Living residents and their families have the assurance of special care services based on their individual needs and have access to a variety of services such as nursing assistance, a monitored emergency response system and medication management. The level of care for each resident is assessed prior to move-in, one month after move-in and continuing as necessary.

Physical and occupational therapy and physician services, including dentist, podiatrist and other specialists, are available on site. The Clare Estate’s caring and highly qualified staff provides assistance with appointment making to further help residents manage their health routines, easing the concerns of their families. Respite care is also offered.

Independent Living

Promoting independence, individuality and privacy, while at the same time, providing quality personal care, The Clare Estate features independent apartment living accompanied by helpful services and one-on-one attention dedicated to each and every resident.

Menti Bella – Adult Day Program

The Menti Bella Program supports the needs of busy families who are unable to care for their adult family members while they are at work or need respite time. Through a caring and safe home-like environment, we keep our clients mentally, physically and socially healthy. Individual care plans are created to promote engagement, to actively engage them through planned activities. We also provide nutritious meals and snacks.
