For the ”Meal Service” Program – You will receive 5 freshly prepared dinner-style meals each week. Each meal includes a protein, a starch, and a vegetable, providing about one-third of your daily nutrition needs. We also deliver a quart of milk or juice weekly, 4-5 servings of whole grain bread, a dessert, fresh fruit servings, and fresh salad. Meals come in microwave- and oven-safe trays with heating instructions on each tray. The trays are recyclable and made from recycled materials.
